Our initial catering planning is designed for small gatherings of 10 to 15 guests. That is the range we are building our service around so we can deliver the same quality and care you would expect from our restaurant. Is there a deposit required to get on the catering interest list?

No deposit and no payment of any kind is needed to add your name to our early interest list. Simply fill out the form or give us a call. When catering bookings officially open, we will share full details about the deposit process at that time. Right now, getting on the list costs you nothing.

Our planned catering menu includes slow-braised oxtail, jerk chicken, curry chicken, stew chicken, brown stew fish, and freshly made roti. These are the dishes we have confirmed for catering. The full menu offering for events will be shared when bookings open — we are not adding items we have not confirmed.

The service area for catering has not yet been confirmed. If you are outside Howell, please register your interest and include your location in the form. When bookings open, our team will review travel feasibility on a case-by-case basis. We want to serve as many guests as we can within a practical range.
